Bravo Sierra

Faith Paris and Rae O' Donnell

Faith Paris and Rae O' Donnell

Rae O’Donnell is a U.S. Army  veteran, veteran advocate, and the President and Co-Founder of Veterans Resource Alliance of New England, a nonprofit dedicated to connecting veterans and military families with the resources, organizations, and support they need.
After serving in the United States Army as a Military Police Officer and later in Special Operations, Rae continued her commitment to the veteran community through advocacy, nonprofit work, hospice companionship for veterans, and a firm belief that asking for help should never be seen as weakness. Guided by “community, not competition,” she works to bring organizations together, fill the gaps when traditional resources fall short, and make sure no veteran feels like they have to navigate life alone.
As co-host of The Bravo Sierra Hour, Rae brings an Army perspective, an unfiltered sense of humor, and absolutely no fear of saying the things everyone else in the room is thinking. The show combines humor, veteran experiences, community resources, mental health conversations, and the realities of life after service—without the polished talking points or unnecessary BS.
For Rae, it all comes back to connection: changing the narrative around veterans, reminding people that “asking for help is a badge of honor,” and creating a community where people take care of each other. Because sometimes veterans need resources, sometimes they need someone willing to listen—and sometimes they just need an hour of Bravo Sierra.

Faith

Faith Harris is an Air Force combat veteran, service dog advocate, and the Founder of Walking With Honor, a New Hampshire nonprofit dedicated to pairing rescued shelter dogs with veterans and training them for psychiatric service work.
After serving 10 years in the United States Air Force, Faith has continued to serve the veteran community through advocacy, breaking down misconceptions surrounding service dogs, and creating spaces where veterans can connect without judgment or BS.
As co-host of The Bravo Sierra Hour, Faith brings an Air Force perspective, a dry sense of humor, and a willingness to have the conversations that don’t always happen out loud. The show combines humor, veteran experiences, community resources, and real conversations about life after service.
For Faith, it’s about making sure veterans know they aren’t walking alone—and proving that sometimes the best conversations start with a little Bravo Sierra.
