James Cline has supported individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health struggles since around 2013. James has managed group homes in Maine, Boston and a medically challenged mental health program in Andover MA. Most recently, James managed the psychiatric mobile crisis response team for the Greater Nashua area, covering 10 communities with an estimated population of 200,000 people. James has served honorably in the US Marine Corp and the US army with an infantry combat tour in Afghanistan in 2010. James is a member of VFW Post 483 in Nashua, serving multiple positions including post commander. James is a certified mental health first aid instructor for youth, adult (EMS, veterans, educators), and most recently teen mental health first aid. James’ current position is working with homeless veterans to make sure the veterans receive the care they’ve earned. James participates in homeless outreach every few weeks to help those in need around the city of Nashua. James is a strong advocate for changing the stigma around mental health
